10 Mistakes People Make with the Millennium (plus 1 bonus):

1. Don’t realize that Jesus Himself was praying about (our Lord’s prayer included a reference to) the Millennium (“Thy kingdom come”). (Matthew 6:10; Luke 11:2)
2. Forget there are a number of views on its place in the historical timeline (click on chart to enlarge).
3. Overlook that it will be a time where Jesus Christ Himself reigns on earth for 1,000 years. (Luke 1:32-33; Revelation 20:4; Zechariah 14:9)
4. Don’t realize that believers in Jesus Christ (including those who overcame the Beast) will rule and reign with Him during the Millennium, too. (Revelation 20:4; 2 Timothy 2:11-12)
5. Overlook that even the animals will be changed / different (not lethal anymore) during the Millennium. (Isaiah 11:6-9)
6. Don’t realize that the Millennium begins immediately following Satan’s imprisonment in the abyss. (Revelation 20:1-3)
7. Miss that it’s a period where no one will be able to say, “The devil made me do it,” (blame the devil for their sins / sinning) because the devil won’t be a part of the Millennium. (Revelation 20:1-3)
8. Miss the fact that even the demons know the Millennium is coming (and have said so). (Luke 8:31; Matthew 8:29)
9. Are ignorant to the fact that lifespans will be increased during the Millennium (people will live longer). (Isaiah 65:20)
10. Forget it will be a time of true and lasting peace since the Prince of Peace (Jesus Christ) will be in charge (war will be ended). (Micah 4:1-3; Isaiah 2:4, 9:6)

BONUS Don’t realize that, yes, even the Millennium will come to an end for the final Gog and Magog war to take place, then Judgment Day. (Revelation 20:7-10)
